Marbellita is a semi-detached two bedroom Villa surrounded by magnificent gardens and a communal pool. Marbellita is comfortably furnished and well equipped with a stylish lounge and open fire.

The bright and spacious open plan dining room seats 6. The kitchen has been recently refurbished and is fully equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

Marbellita has been recently fitted with fully double glazed windows and doors. The beach and shops are close but a car is recommended.

Come & enjoy the friendly, relaxing atmosphere of the Costa del Sol. Whether you want to relax by the pool during the day, enjoy the local food and entertainment at night or visit traditional Spanish villages in the mountains.

Picturesque walks

If you enjoy walking there is a newly constructed from the marina at Cabopino over the nature reserve towards Marbella

Cultural Sites

There are numerous beautiful traditional Spanish villages to see. These include Gaucin, Rhonda,Mijas,Benhavis and Casares

Local beach

The beach at Cabopino is excellent with plenty of sun beds and bars/chiringuitos for meals and drinks

Marbella

Marbella is about 10mins drive. Visit Orange Square in the interesting old town which leads to many shops and boutiques.

Golf

For Golf lovers, there are over 40 excellent courses in the area of Puerto Cabopino. These
include Cabopino Golf situated just a few hundred meters from the Villa.

Dining

Puerto Cabopino plays host to many fantastic restaurants and for those who want to venture further that are many more excellent restaurants a short car journey away.

Activities

Other local activities available include, Sailing, Windsurfing, jet-skis, Surfing, Boat Trips, Dolphin Watching , Skin Diving, Go-Karting and Water Park.
